I am a Trained Health Rhythm Drumming Facilitator, Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, and Certified Dementia Practitioner. I use a whole-person, evidenced-based therapeutic approach to wellness through drumming. The drum is a wonderful non-verbal communication tool and brings families and friends together in a safe and non-threatening environment.
My mission is to encourage creative expression through drumming and experience shared moments of connectedness and joy with others.

Rhythm permeates everyones' life. It is in everything we do, we see, we feel, and it is within the circadian rhythms of our bodies, as well. Rhythm is a fact of life.
